Operation Hooah has started once again.  Krueger Floral & Gifts, American Legion Auxilliary , has teamed up with Prior Attire to send over more gift boxes to our troops overseas and military families for this Easter season.  For Christmas, we sent over 130 large packages and helped 2 military families in need.
   
This Spring our deadline is March 22, 2010. You too can help say "thank you" and support our troops or their families by dropping off items at the 3 locations listed above or pick up the information list of military family's needs & wishes, fill out the "family request" or sponsorship form and hang your solider's flag on the tree (in or out of country)

Material donations will be wrapped & matched" with the needs of the military family.

Also, a percentage of specialty tagged items and monetary donations will be used for purchasing items not donated, wrapping and shipping costs.

nuts/jerky/seeds/granola bars, hard candy, gum, handmade cookies, crackers, koolaide, baby wipes, magazines, books, word search books, stationary, dvds, cds, video games, socks-tube or light weight wool, razors, shaving cream, toothpaste & toothbrush, footspray, skoal, board games, letters, sudoko, greeting cards, seed packs to plant, and monetary donations for items not collected and shipping costs, etc.

To help families:  babysit so mom can have a night out, movie gift cards for the family, gas or restaurant gift cards, groceries, gifts for the holidays, have neighborhood gatherings, etc.

All requests will be filled upon availability.  We will make every effor to fill all requests.  Thank you for your generous support.
